VOA Oregon President and CEO, Kay Toran, will step down March 31, after serving for 25-years. In honor of her extraordinary service, The Kay Toran Legacy Fund has been created to serve as a lasting tribute to Kay’s dedication and contributions to Volunteers of America Oregon. This fund will support critical programs and initiatives that align with Kay’s values and vision. Proceeds from the fund will directly impact the clients we serve including those in residential treatment, recovery programs, seeking substance use and mental health treatment, and supporting children and families.
